Orange and Pineapple Cocktail of the Month

The barmaids waitresses are delighted to reveal their original recipe for this beautiful creation of orange and pineapple punch by Nosy Faly.


35 cl of white rum

20 cl of orange juice and 20 cl of anan juice

35 cl of liquid cane sugar

1 cinnamon stick

3 cloves



Place all ingredients in an empty bottle with a capacity of 1,5 Litre.
Stir and place in the refrigerator at least 2 H.

Serve very fresh, ending with a dash of grenadine that will settle to the bottom.
It's the "sunset" at the Big Blue in the early evening.
