Des produits naturels et écologiques beaucoup moins nocifs ont été utilisés à cet effet : la chaux, les peintures naturelles blanches et un colorant naturel couleur terre pour le revêtement des terrasses, également des pierres extraites d’une carrière proche.

Le Grand Bleu a ainsi réalisé des nouvelles terrasses de certains bungalows Confort avec la vue sur la mer.
