Cocktail “The big blue” : Nosy-Be in a glass

An alcohol-free blend, for all your parties! This fruity and quick to make cocktail is a good idea to change a little of the eternal orange juice.
We sometimes run out of inspiration when it comes to finding original drinks for our upcoming event. No sodas this time! Offer a fresh alcohol-free juice that is super easy to make.

For an aperitif, a relaxing evening around the pool, this drink will be a must and will be served very fresh!

Here are the steps for the realization of The Big Blue

The recipe is very simple but if you do it correctly, the visual is very pretty. Enjoy it in the moment!

For this alcohol-free cocktail, you will need:

FOR 1 GLASS

80 ml orange juice (or citrus juice mixture)
80 ml pineapple juice
40 ml grenadine syrup
4 or 5 ice cubes
Straws and nice glasses!

STEP 1: PLOW ICE
Make ice cubes in your usual way. Once well frozen, pour your ice cubes into a bowl and pound them a little.

STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR HOMEMADE COCKTAIL
Mix the pineapple juice and orange juice together and keep cool.

When serving your guests:

1. Pour crushed ice into each glass
2. Pour a little juice
3. At the last moment, lightly coat the crushed ice with a little grenadine syrup. It will settle gently at the bottom of the glass.

Your Le Grand Bleu is ready! Simple and effective, not bad for a non-alcoholic cocktail right?

STEP 3: THE SMALL + DECO
This refreshing alcohol-free homemade cocktail can be served in a cocktail glass or in a small glass bottle (without crushed ice) in the spirit of “Candy Bar”. And to bring a touch of fantasy to your homemade cocktail, slip it a colorful straw!
